Another national Republican leader has weighed in on the side of Doug Hoffman for Congress. Governor Tim Pawlenty is considered certain to run for President in 2012. He joins former AK Governor Sarah Palin among a list of big time Republicans abandoning the Republican nominee in NY 23.

I noticed in your sidebar regarding Hoffman's reply to charges that he will gut Ft. Drum, you not only cleaned up his sloppy wording, but also changed where he had referred to Drum as "the Fort". You changed it to "Ft. Drum", how anyone here would refer to our military base. While it may seem petty to some, I think speaks a great deal to his unfamiliarity with this area. Why are you altering what he actually wrote and not letting his original wording appear
I lifted the quote from Judes blog using CONTROL C I doubt he would be caught covering for Hoffman, so I don't know to what you refer.
My apologies Jeff. The original 10/24 version still on Newzjunky must have been corrected by a Hoffman handler with an 8th grade education, and then sent to Jude. Sorry.
