Looking at this from the standpoint of a guy that used to get paid to design and build fairly complicated equipment...I have the ability to see how thing work as much or more than the next guy...certainly more than our dunderhead governor...
so I am failing to see how this tax cap gimmick will help lead to any reform. If anything, it will be like the schools where the things that hurt the most will be the first things they have to cut to maintain the tax cap.
If that eventually leads to every manipulatively filled with citizens with pitchforks demanding reform, it will still be easier to remove the tax cap then change the pension and union laws.
Look at what Davis tried and the courts overturned it. By obviously referencing the founding fathers constitution that says you cannot put government workers on part time until you pry every last cent from the taxpayers hand.
