Texas Governor Rick Perry is proving his political acumen by leaking news of his Presidential bid hours before eight rivals debate in Iowa, and he plans his official announcement for Saturday while the same eight are vying to win the inconsequential but media intensive Ames Straw Poll.
Mr. Perry is unknown to most Americans, but as three term governor of the Nation's second largest state, he obviously has got something going for him. It will be interesting to hear more about him, and its amazing how clueless the MSM is about him...It's not like he is a one term governor of Alaska...The DC-based media may not know anything about him....but they know they hate him.

You were doing good 12:28 until you got to the christian part. I know you are too smart to believe in god but there are a lot of people that are Christians and still function perfectly in spite of that handicap. My mom is one of them and she is the nicest lady you could meet and she does not mix her religion and politics.
The "I hate" schtick is funny but old. I hate Obama not because he is black but because his policies are asinine. I hate Bachmann and Palin for the same reason, not because they are women.
Now they would both still make ten times better president than Obama but we really should not be stuck with that choice.
I do hate people from Texas though and am pretty sure Perry is a zealot.

The Wall Street bail out was a deliberately engineered heist... and It was the largest re-distribution of wealth from the middle and working class to the already filthy rich.
The bail out money went straight into the largest shareholders pockets… and obscene bonuses went to the top CEO’s.
