Mayor you have your own chemicals on the north side to worry about leave the county to debate their own laws. You worry about yourself and the DEC for now.
Well...Burns probably needs the money since they only give him a bajillion dollar budget every year.
The good thing about these type laws is that they can just enforce them on black kids from out of town. They can skip the white kids smoking a joint in their mommy's car or their friends hiding a joint in the back seat.
The war on drugs is a good war but that doesn't justify the war-crime our law enforcement engages in, of guilty until proven innocent.

I agree - not a good idea to advance lightly - yet less stringent than the rule that the DEC can confiscate a farmer's truck and gun for shooting some extra meat on his own land. You tell me who is more dangerous; drug dealer, cracked out speeding in hot mercedes with a loaded handgun or farmer putting some meat in the freezer off his own land to feed his family for the winter?
Not sure I want my car taken if my son or daughter has a joint in their pocket.
One of the most disgusting of many disgusting idiotic things the SCOTUS ever upheld was allowing type of law to exist.

Or worse yet, get your car taken because one of your kids friends had a joint that your angelic kids would never have.
A better law would be if we confiscated the family cars of all the sheriffs, if any sheriff is suspected of sexual harassment.
